In corner, to left of bathroom. Everything can come out except the wood "box" under the left mattress. Would be room for small washer/dryer (stack?) and shelves for my clothes and some other stuff. The shelves could sit on top of the box. The washer/dryer stack could sit up against the wall under those cabinets. With the bathroom right next to it, it wouldn't be tough to hook up hoses to fill and drain.
