I'm currently thinking replacing the couch with my computer table, put the computer on the shelf behind the couch (sitting sideways) also the tv & speaker stuff. Couch must be at least 6' long? Computer table is 4' long. If I took out the one seat next to the couch, there's be room there for a set of shelves OR better yet my recliner! Hmm, have to think about that, could be tight and awfully close to the tv. OR if I also took out that eating table and used one of my small fold up tables, then I could have space in there for the recliner. ACTUALLY could take out both seats and the table, then PLENTY room for the recliner. I hardly ever use a "dining" table anyway. And when I need one, I could push the recliner over and open up one of the little fold up tables and a regular kitchen chair. THAT sounds like it should work!? I could put the tv on the end of the computer table facing the eating table in place of the computer. OR (!) set the computer and the tv on the existing eating table, and remove the sofa and the seat on the end of the sofa and put the recliner there! Then I'd just sit on the existing seat to the right instead of on my office chair. And still not lose table space for eating - that table is wider than one of my fold up tables. GOTTA be a way!
